HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 728HC -51,011.1 RESOLUTION NO. 728 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO RETAIL BUILDINGS. PROPERTY OWNER: A & R Leasing Company APPLICANT: Woolworth Construction Company, Inc. ADDRESS: P.O. Box 1399, Los Gatos, California 95030 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest Quadrant of the intersection of Blaney Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the approval recommendation is based on testimony from the applicant that the site related concerns raised at the June 9, 1977 Architectural and Site Approval Committee meeting have been resolved through mutual agreement of the applicant and adjacent property owners. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit D of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The location and dimension of all curb cuts associated with the subject development shall be per City of Cupertino design standards and shall be subject to staff approval. 11. The applicant shall provide landscaping along the east wall of the trash enclosure structure shown on Exhibit D. The intent of such plantings is to screen public view of said trash enclosure; selection and arrange- ment of planting materials subject to staff approval at the building permit level. 12. Selection of tree specie to be installed at the north property line of the project shall be subject to mutual agreement of the applicant and adjacent homeowners, and shall be subject to staff approval. 13.
