RESOLUTION NO. 727
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR TWO INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS.
PROPERTY OWNER: Intersil, Inc.
APPLICANT: Ad -Art Signs, Inc.
ADDRESS: 1607 Terminal Avenue, San Jose, California 95113
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Tantau Avenue approximately 200 ft. northerly
of the intersection of Pruneridge Avenue

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That 'the sign conforms with the size and design requirements of the
Sign Ordinance. Additionally, the Committee finds that the proposed
signs conform with other industrial signing in the Vallco Industrial
Park.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the approval is based upon Exhibits F, F -1, F-2 and F-3 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
