PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. APPLICANT: Federal Sign ADDRESS: 4020 Moorpark Avenue, Suite 205, San Jose, California 95117 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue (Vallco Village Shopping Center) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the sign modification is relatively minor in nature and conforms with the size and design requirements of the Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9.
