HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 724HC -51,341.5 RESOLUTION NO. 724 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A FABRIC SHOP PROPERTY OWNER: Alice Siegrist APPLICANT: Elliott's Yardage, Inc. ADDRESS: 10215 South De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of Rodrigues Avenue and De Anza Boulevard --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the sign as modified substantially conforms with the intent of the Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the approval is based on Exhibit F of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. 'That the Elliott's Yardage portion of the sign as denoted on Exhibit F shall be reduced from 4 ft. to 3 ft. and that the letters and letter height shall be proportionately reduced within the 3 ft. sign area. 11.
