RESOLUTION NO. 723
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF MODIFICATION OF SITE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX AT A COMMERCIAL RACQUET
CLUB.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Steven Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the applicants are to be commended for their willingness
to apply solar heating technology to the swimming pool heating
system.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A 1st Revision,
B-3 and Informational Exhibit of this application except as may be amended
by special conditions contained herein.
10. The final lighting plan for the pool area shall be subject to staff review
at the building permit level.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
