RESOLUTION NO. 722
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A DIRECTIONAL SIGN PROGRAM FOR PHASE II OF VALLCO
FASHION PARK.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the exception to Section 6.07.1 of Sign Ordinance 746 is
justified due to the scale of the subject development and
the crucial need to move traffic efficiently throughout the
site.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F (as corrected)
and F-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. That the location of all signs within the public right of way and 40 ft.
sight triangle, or within any traffic view corridor shall be viewed and
approved by the engineering staff at the building permit stage.
11. Color scheme for all signs Types A, B and C shall be per Exhibit F-1,
Sheet 1 of 23, Application HC -51,075.40.
12. Final color selection for sign type D as depicted on Exhibit F shall be
subject to staff approval.
13. The "Type A" sign structure at the west side of the westernmost driveway
opening to Lot J north of the approved El Torito Restaurant site shall
include a panel indicating "additional restaurant parking".
14. Specific content of each "Type A" and "Type C" (bollard) sign shall be
given to staff at the building permit stage.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
