RESOLUTION NO. 720
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A FREESTANDING SIGN FOR A SAVINGS AND LOAN
OFFICE.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest quadrant of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Wolfe Road

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the sign plan depicted on Exhibit F of this application is
dimensionally consistent with Section 6.07 of Ordinance 746.
2. That the design depicted on Exhibit F of this application is
harmonious with the architecture, colors and materials of the
building it identifies.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F and F-2 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall have
authority to review illumination intensity for the sign approved under
this application, consistent with Section 7.07.1, Ordinance 746.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
