PROPERTY OWNER: Beekman Place Homeowners Association APPLICANT: Beekman Place Homeowners Association ADDRESS: 19876 Beekman Place, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Tract 4721 East of Blaney Avenue ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the wall structures depicted on Exhibits B and B-1 of this application are necessary to the preservation of privacy and integrity of Tract 4721. 2. That the applicants have agreed to satisfy the Central Fire District with respect to emergency vehicular access between Tract 4721 and the adjoining neighborhood to the south. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits B, B-1, and C of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Provision of an emergency access gate in the common area adjoining Deodora Drive shall conform to specifications of the Central Fire Protection District and the Director of Public Works. 11. The walls proposed on Exhibits B and B-1 shall conform in color and texture to homes in the subject subdivision and shall be a maximum of 6 ft. high measured from adjoining grade. 12. The applicant shall install and maintain landscaping on the south side of each wall depicted on Exhibit B and B -l. A landscaping plan for these areas shall be presented to staff at the building permit stage. It is the Committee's intent that landscaping in this area should function to break the height of the fence line. 13. The minimum setback of 5 ft. from sidewalk shall be maintained from the south frontage of the walls depicted on Exhibits B and B-1, subject to staff approval. -1- Application HC -51,220.1 RESOLUTION NO. 719 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1977, at the regular meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of.
