RESOLUTION NO. 718
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SIGN PROGRAM FOR A FREESTANDING RESTAURANT
PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd.
APPLICANT: Vallco Park. Ltd.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Wolfe Road in Phase II of Vallco
Fashion Park

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That total advertising surface area prescribed in Sections 6.03.2
and 6.03.5 of Ordinance 746.
2. That the materials and design concept as modified by conditions of
approval contained in this Resolution No. 718 will maintain a
continuity of theme between the sign structure and restaurant
building approved under Resolution No. 712 of this Committee.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist,, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F and F-1 of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. Final lighting plan for the approved ground sign is subject to staff approval
at the building permit level.
11. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall have the
authority to review intensity of lighting for signs approved under this
application, per Section 7.07.1 of Ordinance 746.
12. The words "Mexican Food" and "Cocktails" as depicted on Exhibit F-1 shall
be gold in color per staff approval. The base structure of the sign
depicted on Exhibit F-1 shall be of stucco,with color and texture to match
that of the restaurant building.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1977, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
