The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. The Committee recognizes that the "T.G.I. Friday's" graphic depicted
on the west elevation of Exhibit B is 88 sq. ft. in excess of sign
area permitted for wall signs. In support of its recommendation to
approve said graphic, the Committee offers the following subconclusions.
SUB CONCLUSIONS:
(a) That the project is located within a Planned Development zone thus
permitting flexibility in strict application of Sign Ordinance
requirements as specified in Section 6.07.1 of Ordinance 746.
(b) That the proposed graphic is obscured from public view both by
orientation of the building and by the building's extensive over-
hang.
(c) The proposed graphic in parts and architectural character to the
structure and is integral with the shape, materials, and colors
approved for the structure.
(d) Upon examination of the Sign Ordinance, it is not clear to the
Committee whether findings justifying a sign exception in this
case are required.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:

do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit B of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.

"T.G.I. Friday's" graphic depicted on the west elevation of the structure
as shown on Exhibit B only.
