Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 Southwest corner of Wolfe Road and Homestead Road (Vallco Village Shopping Center) ---------------------------------------------------------- Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with ration: 1. That the proposed Wallbanger's Racquet Ball exterior sign is substantially similar to that conceptually approved in May of 1976 by City Council. 2. That the white sign faces designated on Exhibit F-4 of this application should be changed to ivory to more effectively coincide with the proposed dark brown siding of the building. 3. That signing on structures adjacent to the Wallbanger's building shall be in keeping with the conceptual nature of signing approved under this Resolution No. 705. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F-4 of this application except as may be modified by special conditions contained herein. 10. That the sign face color shown on Exhibit F-4 shall be changed from white to ivory #2146 Rohm and Haas plexiglass.
