Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
ration:
1. That the proposed Wallbanger's Racquet Ball exterior sign is substantially
similar to that conceptually approved in May of 1976 by City Council.
2. That the white sign faces designated on Exhibit F-4 of this application
should be changed to ivory to more effectively coincide with the
proposed dark brown siding of the building.
3. That signing on structures adjacent to the Wallbanger's building shall
be in keeping with the conceptual nature of signing approved under
this Resolution No. 705.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F-4 of this
application except as may be modified by special conditions contained
herein.
10. That the sign face color shown on Exhibit F-4 shall be changed from white
to ivory #2146 Rohm and Haas plexiglass.
