HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 699HC -51,027.15 RESOLUTION NO. 699 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR A MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AS PART OF A FIVE BUILDING PROFESSIONAL OFFICE COMPLEX. PROPERTY OWNER: Torre Professional Group APPLICANT: Taylor Wheeler Planning Corporation ADDRESS: 2828 North Whishon, Fresno, California 93704 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Torre Avenue and Pacifica Drive -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That the site configuration and landscaping design are substantially in conformance with conceptual approvals granted under Resolution No. 436 dated August 7, 1974. 2. That the architecture of the building as suggested in Exhibit B 1st Revision of this application conforms substantially to the design and materials approved under Resolution No. 336 of this Committee. 3. That the directory panel suggested on Exhibit B 1st Revision is in conflict with the adopted sign program for Torre Professional Center. SUBCONCLUSION: (a) Said sign program is adopted under Resolution No. 644 of this Committee and is intended to be applied to all structures in the subject development. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. This recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits B 1st Revision and C except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The easterly portion of the building may be constructed in part of temporary plywood panels of texture and color to match the western portion of the building. Final approval for said temporary construction plans subject to staff approval. 11. The landscape plan for the Torre Avenue frontage of the development south of the driveway entrance shown on Exhibit C shall conform to the existing plantings in the field for that portion of the Torre Avenue frontage north of said drive- way entrance. A final landscaping plan shall be subject to staff approval at the building permit level. 12. The applicant shall provide one handicapped parking stall to serve the subject structure. Location and design of said handicapped parking stall is subject to approval by the Director of Public Works. -1- HC -51,027.15 RESOLUTION NO. 699 (continued) 13. The sign design shown on Exhibit B 1st Revision is not approved. Signing for this development shall conform to the program adopted under Resolution No. 644 of this Committee.
