OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING
FOR A RECREATION BUILDING INCLUDING GYMNASIUM
FACILITIES, LOCKER ROOM, RACQUET BALL COURT AND
PRIVATE LOUNGE.

Stelling Road

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the architectural concept and proposed design will interface
successfully with the architectural themes established at De Anza
College in the immediate vicinity of the subject project.
SUB CON CLUSION:
(a) The building footprint, suggested materials and site layout are
substantially similar to approvals granted under Resolution No.
538 of this Committee in June of 1975.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, B -1, B-2, C and
D except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The wall sign shown on the proposed south elevation of the building
illustrated on Exhibit B of this application is not approved. Comprehensive
signing for the development shall be presented to the Architectural and
Site Approval Committee at a future public hearing.
10. Final configuration of landscaping on the site between the south elevation
of the structure and the public right of way shall be subject to staff
review and approval at the building permit level.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
