OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CO1D4ITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECONNIENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING, LIGHTING,
AND SIGNING FOR A FREESTANDING SAVINGS AND LOAN
OFFICE.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the architectural concept, elevations and proposed materials
for the savings and loan building are substantially compatible
with the multi -tenant commercial development approved under
Resolution No. 680 of this Committee.
SUBCONCLUSION:
(a) The site layout and finished grades are substantially as
approved in concept on Exhibits A and D of Application
HC -51,402.1.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B, and C as
may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The exterior wood and tile materials shall match those previously approved
for use on the multi -tenant commercial center under Resolution No. 680
of this Committee.
10. All "GW" sign logos shown on Exhibit B of this application shall be
deleted from the proposed building elevations.
11. Lighting intensity of signs approved under this application shall be
subject to review by staff or the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
