RESOLUTION NO. 693
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A CHANGE OF FACE FOR AN EXISTING WALL SIGN
IDENTIFYING A RETAIL YARDAGE GOODS ESTABLISHMENT

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest Quadrant of Rodrigues Avenue and

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed signs as shown on Exhibit F and as modified by
special conditions contained in this Resolution No. 693 is
in harmony with similar signage structures in the immediate
vicinity of the subject business, and is consistent with guide-
lines adopted under Resolution No. 406 of this Committee dated
June, 1974.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F of this
application, except as may be modified by the special conditions
provided herein.
9. That the background color for both signs shown on Exhibit F shall match
the white background color on the existing Cupertino Liquors wall sign
immediately adjacent to the subject business.
10. The wall sign portion of this application as shown on Exhibit F may be
modified to include a red "spool of thread." logo.
11. Lighting intensity for each sign approved under this application shall be
subject to review by this Committee.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1977, at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
