RESOLUTION NO. 692
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, GRADING AND LIGHTING
FOR A FREESTANDING OFFICE BUILDING.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed structure approved under this Resolution No. 692
is consistent with the general architectural themes established for
the Cupertino Town Center, and is consistent with specific design
guidelines for the Town Center development as adopted by the City
Council on June 5, 1972.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. That this approval is based on Exhibit A, B, B-1, C 1st Revision and D
except as modified by special conditions contained in this Resolution
No. 692.
9. A 2 ft. wide sidewalk shall be installed along the north side of
Building B for access from the parking area to the front walkway as
shown on Exhibit A.
10. Wheel stops shall be provided on parking spaces No. 10 through 22
as shown on Exhibit A.
11. Additional landscaping subject to staff approval shall be provided
along the north wall of the proposed building.
12. Stall 22 as shown on Exhibit A shall be converted to a handicap stall
by adjusting Stalls No. 10 through 22 westward subject to approval by
the Director of Public Works.

meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of
Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
