OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR REMODELING OF AN
EXISTING STABLE BUILDING TO A RECREATION FACILITY
FOR A RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN
ON EXHIBIT B 1ST REVISION.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Foothill Boulevard and south of Riverside Drive
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
respect to this application:
1. That retention of the subject DeLaveaga stable and tack house in as
close to original appearance as possible will create a historical
landmark of inestimable value to the citizens of Cupertino.
2. That the applicants are to be commended for their investment of time,
professional skill, and financial resources in their efforts to preserve
intact the DeLaveaga tack house structure.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions..
8. Prior to issuance of a building permit for renovation of the subject structure,
a copy of plan check detail drawings shall be furnished to the Committee
for informal review and comment.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 1977, at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
