PROPERTY OWNER: Gateway Construction Company APPLICANT: William J. Herman ADDRESS: 4600 El Camino Real, Los Altos, California 94022 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Foothill Boulevard and south of Riverside Drive The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with respect to this application: 1. That retention of the subject DeLaveaga stable and tack house in as close to original appearance as possible will create a historical landmark of inestimable value to the citizens of Cupertino. 2. That the applicants are to be commended for their investment of time, professional skill, and financial resources in their efforts to preserve intact the DeLaveaga tack house structure. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.. 8.
