RESOLUTION NO. 684
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
CHANGE OF COPY FOR AN EXISTING WALL SIGN AND AN
EXISTING GROUND SIGN AT A SAVINGS AND LOAN FACILITY
AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS F, F -1, AND F-2.
PROPERTY OWNER: Northern California Savings
APPLICANT: Ad -Art Signs, Inc.
ADDRESS: 1607 Terminal Avenue, San Jose, California 95113
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Rodrigues Avenue and De Anza Boulevard

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee makes the following findings with
regard to the subject application:
1. That the proposed change of face is in harmony with sign
color guideline No. 3 specified in Resolution No. 406 of
this Committee adopted June 5, 1974.
SUBCONCLUSIONS:
(a) The new sign faces will be constructed of #2380 Rust
colored plexiglass.
(b) The proposed Rust colored sign faces will complement the
earthtone colors existing on the walls and roof of the
Savings and Loan building.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1977, at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
