OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING
FOR TWO INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AS SHOWN ON EXHIBITS
A, B, B -1, C and D.

CONDITIONS:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. Lighting, signing and bicycle parking facility plans are continued to a
future public hearing. At such future public hearing, the Committee
will require six secured bicycle parking facilities to be provided on
the site.
9. A 5 ft. wide landscape planter area on the west side of a 30 ft. wide
driveway easement abutting the east property line of Building A of the
subject development as shown on Exhibit A shall be planted with shrubbery
growing to 22 and 32 ft. in height with the intent to provide partial
screening of parked vehicles on the site. The number and location of
such shrubbery shall be subject to staff approval.
10. The landscape planter area on the Lazaneo Drive frontage of the project
shall include mounded earth and additional shrubbery planted under the
trees as shown on Exhibit C.
FURTHER FINDING:
Approval of the 5 ft. wide landscape planter area on the west side of the required
30 ft. wide driveway easement adjacent to the east property line of Building A
as shown on Exhibit A of this application is not intended to set precedent for
landscape planter widths along future reaches of said driveway easement.
