1. 26-U-76 James Jackson, Daniel Donovan, Ralph Brogdon: Construction of a
single -story professional office building containing approximately
4,200 sq. ft. located at the northwest corner of Pacifica Drive
and Torre Avenue.
2. 28-U-76 May Investment Co.: Construction of four dwelling units located
easterly of and adjacent to Terry Way at its southerly terminus.
