31-U-77 Dr. Joseph F. Brown: Construction of two buildings in a Planned
Development zone, one containing approximately 36,000 sq. ft.
and the other 24,000 sq. ft. located westerly of North De Anza
Boulevard at the northerly end of existing Bandley Drive.

requesting, approval of a sign for an industrial building located at
19333 Vallco Parkway.
3. Application HC -51,403.2 - Any Mountain, Ltd. (Eldon R. Hoffman) requesting
modification of site and previously approved ground sign for a commercial
building located at the southwest corner of the intersection of De Anza
