1. Application HC -51,437.1 - Steve Stockwell and Lynn Hethcock (Spinnin' Wheels
Skatepark) requesting modification of site, grading and landscaping for a
skateboard park located adjacent to and westerly of Stelling Road.
2. Application HC -51,421.2 - Pacific Valley Bank requesting approval of a sign
program for Phase One of a financial office complex located in the northeasterly
quadrant of North De Anza Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
3. Application HC -51,383.2 - Good Samaritan United Methodist Church requesting
approval of site modification for Phase One, and architecture, landscaping
and lighting for Phase Two. Said property is located at the southeast corner
of the intersection of Homestead Road and Linnet Way.
