PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Application HC -51,075.404 - Vallco Park, Ltd. (El Torito Restaurant)
requesting approval of signing for a restaurant located in the Vallco
Fashion Park in the loop east of Wolfe Road south of the tunnel.
Continued from ASAC meeting of April 21, 1977.
2. Application HC -51,220.1 - Beekman Place Homeowners Association requesting
approval of site and architecture to construct a fence to enclose the
common areas in Beekman Place, Tract 4721. Continued from ASAC meeting
of May 5, 1977.
3. Application HC -51,382.1 - Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
San Diego requesting approval of a sign plan for a savings and loan
facility located at the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Miller
Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard.
4. Application HC -51,397.2 - William and Sharon Ireton requesting exception
to Section 6.03.3 of Ordinance 746 to permit change of face on an existing
legal non -conforming ground sign for a health spa located adjacent to and
northerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 450 feet westerly of
the intersection of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive.

corner of Wolfe Road and Vallco Parkway.
6. Application HC -51,150.2 - De Anza Racquet Club requesting approval of
modification of site for the construction of a swimming pool for
a commercial racquet club located at the northwest corner of Stevens
Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road.
