Dear Planning Commission: (Please consider the following as public comment for Item Number 2, No cing, at the 4/14/26 Planning Commission mee ng). I have had concerns because there have been very few Community Mee ngs about the SB 330 Housing projects along Stevens Creek Blvd. I have yet to see any type of no ce of these mee ngs And I would have liked to a end them. I am very interested in the upcoming SB 330 housing project At Finch and Stevens Creek Blvd. and hope the public will be told about any Community Mee ngs for it. Sugges ons for informing the public about Community Mee ngs: 1. Postcards sent to homes in Cuper no - This used to be done in Cuper no very o en. It is an excellent way of le ng the public know about projects in their area and across the city. I hope the city will start doing this again. 2. Special Community Mee ngs Webpage on the Cuper no Website - Many other ci es have a Community Mee ng page which lists all Community Mee ngs in that city. Los Altos and San Jose have webpages of their Community mee ngs. This is extremely helpful and helps the public to stay informed of mee ngs of all types. The Community Mee ngs for the SB 330 projects in Cuper no should be listed here on the website. 3. Construc on Sign Boards at proposed SB 330 or other Construc on Sites - Please list any Community Mee ngs for these projects at the Construc on Sign Board so residents can know when the upcoming Community Mee ngs are. shutout of the whole process. Many people are confused about when or if there have been Community Mee ngs and o en the public feels like the whole process was not transparent. Having adequate no cing ensures everyone knows about Community Mee ngs and can ask their ques ons without feeling ignored. Even the SB 330 projects allow up to five Community Mee ngs and I do not even see that happening. I hope by following the above sugges ons the communica on with the public over Community Mee ngs Will be enhanced. Thank you very much. Best regards, Jennifer Griffin
