STORM WATER DRAINAGE
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting of
Tuesday, May 5, 2015, the Cupertino City Coun-
t1l will review the amount of revenue produced
by the storm drainage service charge and the
estimated cost of the City's Non -Point Source
Control (rainwater and creek pollution preven-
tion) and Storm Water Management Program.
The report will contain a description of each
parcel receiving the benefit of the storm drain-
age system, and the amount of the storm drain-
age service charges for each premises for the
forthcoming fiscal year. At the time stated be-
low,the City Council shall hear and consider all
objections or protests, if any, to the report re-
ferred to in this notice. Upon the conclusion of
the hearing, the City Council may adopt, revise,
change, reduce, or modify any charge or over-
rule any or all objections and shall make its de-
termination upon each charge as described in
the report, which determination shall be final.
A copy of the report is on file in the City Clerks
of ice and is availablefor public review. Council
meets at 6:45 p.m, Community hall, council

at 6:45 p.m., a public hearinp will be conducted
by the City of Cupertino City Council at 1035D
Torre Avenue (Community Hall), Cupertino, Cal-
ifornia 45014, to consider a resolution modify-
ing existing and adopting updated housing mit-
igation fees for residential developments and
commercial linkage fees for non-residential (of-
fice, hotel, retail, research and development
(R&D) and industrial) developments. The fees
be'mg considered are reasonably related to the
need for affordable housing associated with
development projects in the City.
Any modification of affordable housing impact
fees is not a project under the California Envi-
ronmental Quality Act because the fee modiff-
cations would create a governmental funding
mechanism which does not involve any com-
mitment to a specific project that may result in
a potentially significant effect on the environ-
ment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4).)

the need for pro housing ,associated
with development in the City, including the cost
of affordable housing and funds available to
provide affordable housing; is available for re-
