RESOLUTION NO. 6896
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 664l2(d)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984; A.P.N.
342-05-63 AND A.P.N. 342-05-064 LANDS OF ROMAN CATHOLIC
BISHOP OF SAN JOSE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment between
A.P.N. 342-05-63 'and 34Z~05~64 Lands of Roman Catholic Bishop of San Jose, and
more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and liB"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is requirpd; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6642l(d) of the Subdivision Map Act this
adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cupertino
hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts it from the
requirements of the parcel map. This r~solution, shall become effective immediately
upon annexation of said territory to the city of Cupertino.

Cupertino this 7th day of July, 1986, by the following vote:

BEGINNING at a point in the Northerly line of that certain parcel of land
designated as Parcel A, conveyed to the County of Santa Clara by Deed recorded
October 11, 1977 in Book D197 of Official Records, page 696, Santa clara
County Records, and shown as a 127.884 acre parcel of land upon that certain
Record of Survey filed October 2, 1979 in Book 450 of Maps at page 41, Santa
Clara County Records, said point being distant along said Northerly line South
810 11' 40" West 214.00 feet from the most Northeasterly corner of said
Parcel A; thence from said point of beginning, leaving said Northerly line
North 330 17' 17" West 1392.84 feet; thence south 560 42' 43" West 25.00
feet to a point in the centerline of the paved roadway leading to Saint
Josephs Seminary; thence along said centerline the following courses and
distances: Northwesterly along a cruve to the left, radial to the preceding
course, having a radius of 600.00 feet, through a" central angle of 200 26'
20", an arc length of 214.04 feet; tangent to the preceding curve North 530

Archbishop of San Francisco by Deed recorded May 13, 1920 in Book 517 of Deeds
at page 40, Santa Clara County Records, and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of Parcel lD as said parcel is described
in the Final Order of Condemnation No. P8390 had in the Superior Court of the
State of California in and for the county of Santa Clara, Palo Alto Branch, a
copy of the instrument for which decree was recorded September 7, 1965 in Book
7096 of Official Records page 183, Santa Clara County Records, said corner
being in the Northwesterly line of that certain 37.92 acre parcel of land
conveyed to Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America by Deed recorded July
29, 1929, in Book 478 of Official Records, page 11, Santa Clara county
