RESOLUTION NO. 6899
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILTIES FROM
ABOLAHAD AFSHARI AND MAHVASH BEHBOOD LOCATED ON SAN FELIPE
ROAD; APPROXIMATELY 0.03 ACRE
WHEREAS, Abdolahad Afshari and Mahvash Behbood Grantor, have executed
a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the
City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for public utilities over the property
situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
more particularly described in Exhibit itA" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consiting of approxi-
mately 0.03 acre, located on San Felipe Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

hereinafter called Grantor, hereby grant(a) to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a
municipal corporation, hereinafter called Grantee, the right to excavate \
for, inatall, maintain and uae public utility easement
aa Grantee shall from time to time elect within the hereinafter deacribed
property of certain premiaes which are aituate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, and deacribed as followa:

Grantor hereby further granta to Grantee the right and privilege to
enter upon his lands contiguoua to and along the line of aaid hereinabove
deacribed strip for the purpoae of locating, conatructing, repairing or
maintaining aaid Dublic utility easement for the
purpoae of doing any necessary or lawful act in connection with the con-
struction or maintenance of aaid . Dublic utility easement . ;
there is also granted the right of the use of aufficient land contiguous to
said strip on either or both sides thereof for the purposes of excavation
of and deposit of earth and necessary building material during the time
of constructing said Dublic utility easement and any repair
thereof.
The foregoing is subject to the following express conditions:

PARCEL TWO:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of public util-
ities ten feet in width, measured at right angles, the westerly
line of said eassment being contiguous to the eastsrly lins of
PARCEL ONE described above.
\ The owner(s) and Successors in interest of the Parcels des-
cribed herein above understand and agree that the field location
of ths Parcels One and Two may vary from the location described
above. The owners agree :;to dedicate addi tional areas to allow for
the installation of utilities and roadway.
