1. Application HC -51,365.13 - 'Downey Savings & Loan (Michael Frangadakis) appealing
a decision of the Planning Director for a tenant sign at the Downey Savings
building, west side of De Anza Boulevard adjacent to McClellan Square Shopping
Center. (Continued from ASAC - November 9, 1978).
2. Application HC -51,193.3 - Electrical Products Co. (Kentucky Fried Chicken)
requesting approval of minor tenant sign program criteria for a commercial
center at the northeast quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Silverado Avenue.
3. Application HC -51,230.111 - George Meu & Associates (Payless Drug) requesting
approval of minor tenant sign program criteria for the existing Payless retail
complex at the southwest quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Homestead Road.

of site, architecture, landscaping, lighting and signing for an emergency
medical facility located on the corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive.
6. Application HC -51,341.6 - Alice Siegrist (Alicia's) requesting approval of a
modified sign program for a shopping center at the northwest quadrant of
De Anza Boulevard and Rodrigues Avenue.

INFORMAL REVIEW OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:
6-U-78 B.A.S. Homes, Inc.: to construct 31 single-family homes
and conceptual approval for future location of religious
facilities on the easterly portion of the site containing
approximately 6.4 net acres. Said property is located on
the westerly side of Foothill Boulevard approximately 150
ft. southerly of Poppy Drive immediately opposite of the
intersection of Salem Drive.
