(Kentucky Fried Chicken) requesting approval of minor tenant sign program criteria for a commercial center at the northeast quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Silverado Avenue. 3. Homes, Inc.: to construct 31 single-family homes and conceptual approval for future location of religious facilities on the easterly portion of the site containing approximately 6.4 net acres. Said property is located on the westerly side of Foothill Boulevard approximately 150 ft. southerly of Poppy Drive immediately opposite of the intersection of Salem Drive.
