New Applications
1. Application HC -51,015.21 - Edwin J. Meyers (Pauline Woodruff) requesting
approval of site and landscaping for remodel of the Stevens Creek Boulevard
frontage of Cupertino Crossroads Shopping Center.
2. Application HC -51,002.21 - James J. Garber requesting approval of site,
architecture and landscaping for a triplex at the northeast corner of
Foothill Boulevard and Alpine Drive.
3. Application HC -51,471.1 - Springwood Apartment requesting approval of
site and landscaping for that portion of the entry to a multi -tenant
development in the City of Los Altos which is located within Cupertino's
city limits. The property is generally located at the southeast quadrant
of Homestead Road and Foothill Expressway.
4. Application HC -51,365.13 - Downey Savings & Loan (Michael Frangadakis) appealing
a decision of the Planning Director for a tenant sign at the Downey Savings
building, west side of De Anza Boulevard adjacent to McClellan Square Shopping
Center.
5. Application HC -51,230.111 - George Meu & Associates (Payless Drug) requesting
approval of minor tenant sign program criteria for the existing Payless retail
complex at the southwest quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and Homestead Road.

1. City Council request for advisory input regarding a Garage Sale/Real Estate
Open House Directory donated by Civic Investments.
2. Staff request for advisory input regarding proposed final landscape plan
and bus shelter for Sunnyview West, and for minor modification of exterior
architecture of Alpha -Beta Market.
