1. Application HC -51,436.2 - Chrisman Taylor Development Company requesting
approval of a sign program, including exception to Section 6.03.3 of
Ordinance 746 to permit a freestanding sign on a lot which does not con-
form with the "200 -Rule" criteria contained therein. Property located
adjacent to and southerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard west of Blaney Avenue.
2. Application HC -51,461.1 - Cupertino Auto Repair Service (Louis Paviso)
requesting approval of a sign program for an existing automotive service
center at the southeast quadrant of De Anza Boulevard and the future extension
of Lazaneo Drive.

INFORMAL REVIEW OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT USE PERMIT APPLICATION:
19-U-76 (Revised) Eldon R. Hoffman (Any Mountain, Ltd.): To construct a
building consisting of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. to
accommodate a ski training center or retailing activity
and interim use to operate a ski training facility outside
of the existing building. Said property is located on the
southwest corner of Mariani Avenue and North De Anza
Boulevard in a P (Planned Development) zoning district.
