1. Application HC -51,442.1 - Dividend Development Corporation requesting
approval of site, architecture, landscaping and grading for a mini -
storage warehouse complex with caretaker's residence located adjacent
to and southerly of 280 Freeway adjacent to Blaney Avenue. Continued
from ASAC meeting of December 15, 1977.
2. Application HC -51,385.2 - Cupertino Gardens Patio Homes requesting
approval of perimeter fencing for the north property line of a residential
cluster development located at the northwest corner of Homestead Road and
North De Anza Boulevard.
3. Application HC -51,312.2 - Jon M. and Carol K. Garliepp requesting approval
of grading for a single-family residence located in Regnart Canyon.
4. Application HC -51,075.152 - Vallco Park, Ltd. (Montessori School) requesting
approval of site and architecture for a pre-school located adjacent to and
southerly of Pruneridge Avenue approximately 1,100 sq. ft. easterly of
Wolfe Road.

7. Application HC -51,450.1 - Marlene Sulaver-& Marilyn Hiatt (Baer House)
requesting approval of site, architecture, landscaping and grading for
renovation of a historically significant single-family structure to
commercial/office usage located approximately 150 ft. easterly of the
