RESOLUTION NO, 6907
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
EVA LOUISE WASSON, HERBERT W. REGNART, AND MAE S. REGNART
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY ,027 ACRES, LOCATED
ON BUBB ROAD
WHEREAS, EVA LOUISE WASSON, HERBERT W, REGNART, and MAE S, REGNART
have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and
sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit IIA"
and Exhibit liB", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately ,027 acres on Bubb Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 21st day of July , 1986 , by the following vote,

DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, T.T.S.,R.2W,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, lying within the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center-line of Bubb
Road and the Northwesterly line of that certain 0.598 Acre
(GROSS) Parcel of land as shown on the Record of Survey,
dated August 1967 and recorded in Book 227 of Maps, at page
5, Records of said County; thence along said center-line
of Bubb Road, North 18"55' East 17.46 feet and North 0"05"
West 102.83 feet to the intersection with the Northwesterly
line of the Santa Clara Valley Water District Easement as
recorded in Book I 492 of Official Records at page 232, Records
of said County; thence along said afore-mentioned Northwesterly
line North 65"15'55" East 10.99 feet to a line that is parallel
with and distant 10.00 feet Easterly measured at right angles
from said center-line of Bubb Road; thence along said parallel
line South 0"05' East 111.31 feet to said Northwesterly line
of the afore-mentioned Record of Survey; thence along said
Northwesterly line South 51"05' West 20.12 feet to the point
of Beginning.
