RESOLUTION NO, 6908
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
FROM EVA LOUISE WASSON, HERBERT W, REGNART, AND
MAE S. REGNART; LOCATED ON BUBB ROAD
WHEREAS, EVA LOUISE WASSON, HERBERT W, REGNART and MAE S. REGNART,
Grantor, have executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient
form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for public
utility purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
and Exhibit "Bit, attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately ,271 acre, located along Bubb Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of

DESCRIPTION
Being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, T.T.S"R,2W,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, lying within the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the center-line of Bubb Road and the
Northwesterly line of that certain 0.598 Acre (GROSS) Parcel of Land
as shown on the Record of Survey, dated August 1967 and recorded in Book
227 of Maps, at page 5, Records of said County; thence along said center-line
of Bubb Road, North 18°55' East 17.46 feet and North 0°05" West 102,83
feet to the intersection with the Norhtwesterly line of the Santa Clara
Valley Water District Easement as recorded in Book I 492 of Official
Records at page 232, Records of said County; thence along said afore-
mentioned Northwesterly line North 65°16'55" East 10.99 feet to a line
that is parallel with and distant 10.00 feet Easterly, measured at right
angles from said center-line of Bubb Road and the TRUE Point of Beginning;
thence along said parallel line South 0°05' East 180,10 feet to the Southerly
line of said ,0598 Acre Parcel; thence along said Southerly line North
89°45' East 10.00 feet; thence parallel with Bubb Road, North 0°05' West
184.66 feet to the afore-mentioned Northwesterly line of the Santa Clara
Valley Water District Easement; thence along said Northwesterly line
South 65°15'55" West 11.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
