A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
FROM ROBERT D, KELLY, LOIS p, KELLY, DANTE SALERA, AND
RUTH S, SALERA; LOCATED ON SOUTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD
,
WHEREAS, ROBERT D. KELLY, LOIS p, KELLY, DANTE SALERA, AND RUTH S, SALERA
Grantor, have executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient
form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for public
utility purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
and Exhibit liB", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0,0287 acre,
located along South De Anza Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant .0 tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 21st day of July. , 19~, by the

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
That portion of the 0.356 acre parcel shown on that certain Record of Survey
filed in Book 82 of Maps at page 49, Santa Clara County Records lying easterly
of a line parallel with and distant westerly 63.00 feet measured at right angles
from the monumented centerline of De Anza Boulevard; as shown on the attached
plat which is by this reference made a part hereof.
Contsining 0.0034 acres, more or less.
Together with a twenty-five foot (25') temporary construction easement, for the
purpose of installation of public improvements and public utilities lying
westerly and contiguous to the street and public utility easement described
above; as shown on the attached plat which ia by this reference made a part
hereof.
Containing 0.0287 acres, more or less.
Said Temporary Construction Easement to expire one year from the date of
execution of this document.
