A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
FROM ALÅ’CE P. SIEG~]ST
LOCATED ON SOUTH DE ANZA BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, ALICE p, SIEGRIST, Grantor, has executed a Grant of Easement
which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino,
Grantee, an easement for public utility purposes over the property situate
in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit liB", attached hereto and
made a part hereof:
All that certain real· property situate in the City of Cupertino,
~ounty of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0,0697 acre, located along South De Anza Boulevard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of Californis described as follows:
That portion of the parcel shown on that certain parcel map filed in Book
355 of Maps at page 49, Santa Clara County Records, lying easterly of a line
parallel with and distant westerly 63.00 feet measured at right angles from
the monumented centerline of De Anza Boulevard; as shown on the attached plat
which is by this reference made a part hereof. .
Contsining 0.0130 acres, more or less.
Together with a fifteen foot (IS') temporary construction easement, for the
purpose of installation of public improvements and public utilities lying
westerly and contiguous to the street and public utility easement described
above; as shown on the attached plat which is by this reference made a part
hereof.
Containing 0.0697 acres, more or less.
Said Temporary Construction Easement to expire one year from the date of
execution of this document.
