AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE TO
BE DERIVED FROM PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1958-9 AS PRO-
VIDED IN SECTION 51508 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The amount of revenue to be derived from property
taxes within the City of Cupertino for the fiscal year 1958-g is
hereby fixed at $8,x+16.88,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately as
provided in Section 36937, Subsection (d) of the Government Code of
the State of California.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 18th day of August, 1958. Passed and adopted at
a, regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino on the
18th day of August, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Lazaneo, Meyerholz, Nathanson, Pelosi, Saich
