RESOLUTION 822
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COP•PIITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CL'PERTINO APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE
SIGN PROGRAM FOR A RECREATION COMPLEX.
PROPERTY OWNER: De Anza Racquet Club
APPLICANT: Ralph Saich
ADDRESS: 19584 Via Grande Drive, Saratoga, California
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed sign program is consistent with provisions of
Ordinance No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits F and F-1 of this
application except as may be amended by conditions contained in this
resolution.
10. Prior to issuance of permits for installation of the subject ground sign,
the applicant shall submit proposed color samples for the concrete material
for informal ASAC approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
