OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL C0121ITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX WITHIN A PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENT ZONE.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed duplex development is consistent with approvals
granted under Planning Commission Resolution No. 1804.
2. That the two specimen trees at the street frontage of the subject
property shall be saved per the intent of Ordinance 778, Section 2-1.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits B, C and D of
this application except as may be amended by conditions contained in
this resolution.
10. Final configuration of the driveway and front yard landscaping as depicted
on Exhibit C of this application shall be subject to staff approval prior
to issuance of building permits. Staff shall retain the option to refer
said final solution to the ASAC. The intent of this condition is to retain
two specimen trees in the public right of way frontage of the site.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
