RESOLUTION NO. 820
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING FOR A
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING AS PART OF A FIVE -
UNIT OFFICE COMPLEX.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the subject resolution reactivates ASAC approvals for this development
granted under Resolution No. 699 which expired March, 1978 prior to
applicant's filing for building permits. Conditions contained in this
Resolution shall supercede those found in said Resolution No. 699.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the conditions enumerated herein. In the event a
conflict does exist, the conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits B 1st Revision and
C except as may be amended by conditions contained herein.
10. The easterly portion of the building may be constructed in part of temporary
plywood panels of texture and color to match the western portion of the building.
Final approval for said temporary construction plan is subject to staff approval.
11. The landscape plan for the Torre Avenue frontage of the development south
of the driveway entrance shown on Exhibit C shall conform to the existing
plantings in the field for the portion of Torre Avenue frontage north of said
driveway entrance. A final landscape plan shall be subject to staff approval
at the building permit level.
12. This development shall conform to the sign program adopted under Resolution
No. 644 of this Committee.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
