OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOIMNDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION OF STREET FRONT LANDSCAPING ADJACENT
TO STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD, AND APPROVING
MODIFICATION OF THE APPROVED SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN
EXISTING FINANCIAL BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed sign program amendment is consistent with Section
6.03.1 of Ordinance No. 746.
2. That the proposed substitution of lawn for ground covers on the Stevens
Creek Boulevard landscaping frontage is consistent with the residential
appearance of the Home Federal building.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits C 3rd Revision,
F-4 and F-6 of this application except as may be amended by
conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit F-4 shall be revised, prior to issuance of building permits, to
reflect the installation of one wall sign. only on the west side of the
subject building per Exhibit F-6.
11. The ASAC or its staff shall retain authority to review and require
correction of any off -site light intrusion impacts following installation
of the sign approved under this application.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 6, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
