OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COI IITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF TWO EXTERIOR TENANT SIGNS FOR THE PHASE II
:MALL SHOPS WITHIN THE REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER.

ADDRESS: Vallco Fashion Park, P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, CA 95014
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. As the precedent to allow exterior signs on the Regional Shopping Center
has been established for tenants which have an exterior entry, the
Committee accepts the subject sign program as proposed.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and. Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply.
9. Recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F and F-1 of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
