OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND GRADING
FOR REMODELING/EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING RESTAURANT
AND CREATION OF AN INTERIM PARKING AREA ADJACENT
TO THE EXISTING RESTAURANT PARKING LOT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. That the proposed design concept, as amended per conditions below, is
consistent with use permit approval granted by the Planning Commission
under its Resolution No. 1849.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B and C of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Prior to issuance of development permits, the applicant shall revise Exhibit A
to comply with Condition 18 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1849, in a
manner acceptable to the Director of Public Works.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
