PROPERTY OWNER: John A. Sobrato and Carl E. Berg APPLICANT: John A. Sobrato and Carl E. Berg ADDRESS: 20700 Valley Green Drive, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10690 N. De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed design concept, as amended per conditions below, is consistent with use permit approval granted by the Planning Commission under its Resolution No. 1849. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, B and C of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Prior to issuance of development permits, the applicant shall revise Exhibit A to comply with Condition 18 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1849, in a manner acceptable to the Director of Public Works.
