Box 14, Saratoga, California 95070 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10020 North De Anza Boulevard on Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed Phase II landscape design depicted on Exhibit C-lst Revision of this application is in substantial conformance with design standards traditionally accepted for Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage businesses. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9.
