OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF LANDSCAPING FOR A TWO-STORY OFFICE COMPLEX
ON THE PHASE II LANDS OF PACIFIC VALLEY BANK.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed Phase II landscape design depicted on Exhibit C-lst Revision
of this application is in substantial conformance with design standards
traditionally accepted for Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage businesses.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit C-lst Revision of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
