HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 812HC -51,312.4 RESOLUTION NO. 812 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF GRADING FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME WITHIN A HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION AS REQUIRED BY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1649, CONDITION 18 PROPERTY OWNER: Dennis and Jean Widman APPLICANT: Dennis and Jean Widman ADDRESS: 394 MacKenzie Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95051 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 11700 Regnart Canyon Drive (Tract 6028, Lot 2) FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed grading plan indicates satisfactory compliance with the building/grading morphology standards prescribed by the Planning Commission for Tract No. 6028. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and C of this application, except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. The subject grading plan is approved in concept; final approval of on -site grading work shall be subject to staff approval prior to issuance of a grading permit. Staff may refer any significant revisions to the conceptual grading plan to the ASAC for review prior to issuance of grading permit.
