HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 808HC -51,454.1 RESOLUTION NO. 808 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, LIGHTING AND GRADING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF TWELVE TOWNHOUSES PROPERTY OWNER: Brenda Williams APPLICANT: San Jose Building Designs ADDRESS: 1936 Camden Avenue, San Jose, CA 95124 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Blaney Avenue, south of Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the development plans reviewed and approved by this Committee conform with the intent of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1779. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A, A -1, B-lst Revision, C-lst Revision, and D, except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Exhibit A shall be revised to include notes regarding implementation of Title 25 acoustical protection measures prescribed for this development, subject to staff approval prior to issuance of develop- ment permits. 11. An illustration of protective devices for existing trees on the site shall be furnished to and approved by staff at the building permit level. 12.
