FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site A_ _`r._- Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
That the proposed site modifications and landscape theme are
compatible with those established for sur cu'nding developments.
2. The alignment of parkin.? Stalls along the east property line
of to site are acceptable to the Committee subject to the
Traffic Engineer's review and approval.
CONDITIONS 0F APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do act conflict with the special conditions enumerated 'Herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. 'That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits C, D, and _ of
this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
here:...
10. The applicant shall sign a statement acceptable to the City Council
agreeing to provide reciprocal ingress egress easements with the adjoining
properties at such time as the City can require the same from the adjoining
property owners. Said statement shall be recorded prior to release of
permits to construct the parking area improvements.
11. Ihe- northern -most 450 parking stall delineated on `cubits C and D at the
east edge of the site shall be deleted in order to extend southward the
Stevens Creek Boulevard landscape setback on the east side of the drive-ay.

end of the center parking stall bank, and at the west perimeter
of the parking area.

irregular pattern. .
