RESOLUTION NO. 788
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATION TO APPROVE LANDSCAPING PLANS FOR A
PRIVATE TENNIS COURT/SWThIMING POOL RECREATION
FACILITY.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Stelling Road
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed modifications will more effectively
screen the tennis court facilities from adjoining
viewsheds on Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
I-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit C 2nd Revision,
Sheets 1, 2, and 3 of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. Landscaping approvals granted under Resolution No. 534 shall remain in
effect, except where specifically superceded by provisions of this
Resolution No. 788.
11. Prior to installation of the approved landscape plan, the applicant shall
obtain staff approval for planter areas adjacent to the tennis court walk-
way network. If an acceptable solution cannot be achieved, staff shall
refer the matter to the Architectural and Site Approval Committee for
final disposition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 1978, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
