HomeMy WebLinkAboutASAC Reso 783HC -51,088.19 RESOLUTION NO. 783 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR REMODELING OF AN INDUSTRIAL, CHEMICAL AND MATERIAL STORAGE AREA ADJACENT TO AN EXISTING MANUFACTURING STRUCTURE. PROPERTY OWNER: Sobrato-Berg Properties APPLICANT: Nitron, Inc. ADDRESS: 10420 Bubb Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10420 Bubb Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed remodeling project will enhance the overall appearance of the subject industrial plant, and should improve accessibility for fire suppression purposes. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of this application except as may be amendea by special conditions contained herein. 10. Shrubs to be installed at the tank farm periphery shall be a minimum five (5) gallon container initial size, planted 5 to 6 ft. on -center.• 11. The proposed Raphiolepis Indica Rosea depicted on Exhibit C shall be changed to a plant type which achieves a minimum 6 ft. high growth habit, the selection of whichis subject to staff approval prior to issuance of building permits. The west and south exposures of the tank farm chain link fence fabric shall include redwood slats.
