PROPERTY OWNER: Coast Funding Corporation APPLICANT: Cal Coast Sign Company (Datrek) ADDRESS: 845 Reed Street, Santa Clara, California 95050 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Stelling Road and McClellan Road ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the proposed sign design is consistent in its use of material and color with the building that it identifies and is dimensionally acceptable per the City Sign Ordinance. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 9. That the recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 10. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall document a lighting intensity control solution for staff acceptance. 11.
