OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REQUESTING THAT THE
CITY COUNCIL TRANSMIT TO THIS COMMITTEE WRITTEN
FINDINGS OF FACT IN INSTANCES WHERE THE COMMITTEE'S
DECISION OF RECOMMENDATION ON A PARTICULAR APPLICATION
IS REVERSED, OR IN INSTANCES WHERE CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL ARE DELETED OR MODIFIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 1978, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
